I agree with the whole - don’t date where you work - thing to a degree.
The problem with that?
Our careers demand that where we work is increasingly becoming where we live. And that means co-workers assume a role that is disproportionate to what a co-worker used to be. So I get all that. It’s dicey. But why not? If two consenting adults have problems with proximity and geography - then they’re going to have more problems than a shared water cooler.
