Vain Enough To Believe It's More Than Fairly Vacuous

Vanity Fair Magazine has too much estrogen to be a regular read - but it did manage to attract a sizable and respectable menagerie of top contributors.

It's now lost every ounce of credibility that Graydon Carter struggled (like an obese man juggling on a high wire) to maintain. A cover story on Justin Bieber? Which demographic has Carter targeted? What's next? An expose on the vapidity of the cheerleaders' lunch table?

It isn't yellow journalism as much as Estée Lauder Ripe Papaya Lipstick scribbled pap. Capitalism demands the repudiation of integrity; apparently avarice compels the abolition of class.
